About CAFPI
The Chevening Alumni Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (CAFPI) is the official alumni association of Filipino recipients of the prestigious UK Chevening Scholarship — a community of professionals, academics, and public servants united by a shared experience of studying in the United Kingdom.
Our Story
Founded by Filipino Chevening alumni who recognised the need for a formal network, CAFPI brings together scholars from across the Philippines who have benefited from one of the world's most prestigious international scholarship programmes. We have grown into a vibrant community that spans generations of Chevening alumni.
The Chevening Scholarship
The Chevening Scholarship is the UK government's international awards programme aimed at developing global leaders. Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), it offers outstanding emerging leaders the opportunity to pursue a one-year master's degree at a UK university.
